How do I buy a vehicle from HAT CO., LTD.?
Find a vehicle in our stock and press “Inquire”, message us on WhatsApp, or contact us. Once you agree the price we issue a Proforma Invoice, you pay by bank Telegraphic Transfer, and we inspect, ship and send you the original documents. See how to buy.
Can you find a vehicle that is not in your stock?
Yes. As a JUMVEA member and an experienced participant in major Japanese automobile auctions, we can search the auctions for the make, model, year, grade and budget you need. Request a vehicle.
What is a Proforma Invoice (PI)?
The PI is the document we issue once you have chosen a vehicle and agreed the price. It shows the total cost of the vehicle and the shipping charges, on FOB, C&F or CIF terms depending on your preference and country.
How do I pay?
By bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) within the payment window shown on your Proforma Invoice. Please send us a copy of the bank receipt or TT slip by e-mail or WhatsApp so we can confirm the transfer quickly.
Are vehicles inspected before export?
Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, our expert mechanics carry out a strict pre-export inspection to ensure excellent condition and performance before shipping preparation begins.
How is my vehicle shipped, and which documents will I receive?
We book the earliest available Ro-Ro or container vessel to your port. After departure we send the original documents by DHL or FedEx: the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate (English & Japanese), Commercial Invoice and any inspection certificate your country requires — for example JAAI for Bangladesh.
Do you supply right-hand and left-hand drive markets?
Japanese-market vehicles are right-hand drive. We also source selected foreign-brand vehicles suitable for left-hand drive markets. Every listing states its steering configuration.
Which brands do you export?
We deal with the major Japanese brands — Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Suzuki, Daihatsu and Isuzu — and also source selected foreign-brand vehicles.
Which countries do you export to?
We deliver worldwide, with specialised logistics and market experience in Russia, Bangladesh and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, ask us.
